The tools
Class lists, seating plans, rooms and timer settings are saved in your browser's local storage on the device you are using. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data deletes them. If you use a shared or school computer, be aware that anyone using the same browser profile can see what you saved, so use the delete buttons when you are done.
The website
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security, for a short rolling period. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build profiles of visitors. If we add analytics, it will be aggregated page counts only, and this page will say so.
If you email hello@togethered.uk we keep the message for as long as it takes to deal with it. If we ever offer an email list, joining it will be a separate, clearly labelled choice, and the list will never be sold, shared, or discussed with anyone.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For the tools, the honest answer is that we hold nothing; it is all on your device. For anything else, email the address above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
